I'm Tim Sullivan — a digital transformation consultant who works exclusively with Australian universities and government bodies. My focus is practical: reducing the complexity, cost, and risk of institutional technology landscapes.
Over the past three years, I've carried five concurrent engagements at RMIT University — spanning student portal architecture, LMS migration, governance design, and cost optimisation. Alongside RMIT, I've advised the Australian Government's Civil Aviation Safety Authority on legacy system modernisation.
I come from a background in enterprise architecture and project delivery, which means I can hold a conversation at the whiteboard with your IT team and in the boardroom with your CFO. Most of my work sits somewhere in between.
